  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 lb (450g) boneless chicken, beef, or turkey (cubed or thinly sliced)

  • 1 bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 zucchini, sliced

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 1/2 cup carrots, thinly sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
