2 tbsp olive oil
1 lb (450g) boneless chicken, beef, or turkey (cubed or thinly sliced)
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 zucchini, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup carrots, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried Italian herbs or seasoning blend
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook the Meat
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet.
